Bank the 8 must be played on either a rated or unrated table – (it is the choice of the 2 opponents playing), non-timed table and the regular tournament rules do apply to the game.

The Objective of the game is to sink the 8 by banking the cue or the 8 off a rail into designated pocket.

Game is played as regular till you get to the 8 Ball.

The Winner of game is the player who sinks the 8 Ball off the rail into the called pocket after all other balls are off the table.

The 8 ball or Cue ball must be banked in the correct manner in order to win, if not it is a LOSS to the person who doesn’t do so correctly.

The correct bank of the cue or the 8 ball is an opposite rail bank (not a same rail bank) that results in the making of the 8 ball in the called pocket.

Variations of Banking the 8 Ball:
A) Bank All Shots – All shots must be banked via cue-banked, rail banked, or a combo shot (bank off another ball).
B) No Cue Bank – The 8 Ball ONLY can be banked off a rail in this game - No Cue banks allowed

The standard set of StraightShots rules applies during this tournament
