In full force every shot must be taken at full power.

If you do not take a shot at full power and you sink one of your balls you must tap the cueball in your next shot to give your opponent ball in hand

If you do not take a shot at full power and do not sink any of your balls your opponent will tap the cueball and you must also tap it, to give your opponent ball in hand
